Investigative consultant is working on an array of criminal cases slated for 2022.
Orlando, Florida, October 18, 2021 – Jim Rathmann, criminal investigative consultant, appears with Jena Friedman, an Oscar-nominated writer, comedian and filmmaker, in AMC Networks’ Sundance TV and AMC+ new series, True Crime Story.
The new program features two investigative series. Jim appears in the second series, titled – Indefensible, which will be made up of 6 episodes, 30 minutes each. Friedman will explore real-life cases throughout the U.S. and works to reveal unexpected findings.

Rathmann just finished filming a show about a serial killer from Europe who is being linked to several potential unsolved homicides in South Florida. This program is due to air the early part of 2022.
Jim is well known for his role as the key investigator in Investigation Discovery’s TV show, Joe Exotic: Tigers, Lies & Coverup, which was distributed globally.
In June 2021, Jim presented The Trial of Joseph Maldonado-Passage: Rightfully Convicted or Wrongfully Conspired at CrimeCon, in Austin, Texas.
